All sales of trucker hats are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dislike of the style.

Defective Hats
We take pride in the quality of our trucker hats. In the unlikely event that your hat arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within [Number] days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the defective hat with the same product, subject to availability.

To Report a Defective Hat

• Provide your order number and a clear description of the defect.

• Include photographs of the defective hat.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the defective hat and receiving a replacement.
